One-Year Professional Installation Warranty
Every person on your job site is a direct SunnySide employee, not a subcontractor, which means full accountability from the first post to the final board.
- Structural Integrity: Framing stability is guaranteed against mechanical failure under normal load conditions.
- CAD Alignment: Installations are guaranteed to match the exact specifications of the 3D model developed prior to the first board being cut.
- Moisture Management: Proper water diversion away from the home is guaranteed on projects using Trex RainEscape or technical membrane systems.
- Deck Lighting: Technical accuracy for wiring, voltage, and fixture placement is guaranteed on all deck lighting installations.
Warranty Activation
Your workmanship warranty activates automatically upon project completion and receipt of final payment. No registration is required. You are protected from day one.

During your final walkthrough, Ben will cover everything specific to your project. The general guidelines below apply to most installations.
- Drainage: Keep drainage paths clear of debris and maintain proper clearances around the ledger board to protect against moisture intrusion.
- Load Requirements: Adhere to the load limits specified in the CAD blueprints provided at project completion.
- Composite Surfaces: Clean with mild soap and water; avoid high-pressure washing, which can damage surface caps and affect manufacturer coverage.
- Deck Lighting: Integrated low-voltage systems are designed for low-maintenance performance. Follow the fixture guidelines provided at project completion.
