The SSD Payment Schedule

To keep our projects on track and our in-house crew scheduled efficiently, we use a standard milestone structure. Financing can be applied to all three phases:

Agreement Deposit

Secures your spot on our construction calendar and begins the permitting and CAD design phase.

40%

Material Deposit

Due typically two weeks before we arrive on-site to cover the procurement of your materials.

50%

Completion Payment

Due only when the project is finishe,d and we conduct our final walkthrough.

Important to Consider

Credit Impact: Checking your options with Sunbit involves a “soft” credit pull, which won’t affect your score. A “hard” pull only occurs if you finalize a loan agreement.

Down Payment: Most financing plans require a down payment at checkout to initiate the loan.

Fixed-Price Guarantee: Your financing is based on our detailed “Good, Better, Best” proposal. We don’t believe in hidden costs or mid-project surprises.
